Two Days in October Kayaking Lake Barcroft

It's been over two months since I was out on the lake, so it was hard to pass up the opportunity to be out on the kayak today when temperatures reached near 80 degrees. There's no need to travel far to see autumn colors -- we have more than enough right here in our own backyard. Here are the best shots of the day on our beautiful lake. 

Only a few weeks before, in early October, I was out too, with the warmer weather bringing out much of our local wildlife. Here are some photos of that day's outing.
